Frame Chop Front Bumpers are nothing new to the offroad community. Here at Motobilt we wanted to raise the bar a little. The Tomahawk front bumper was designed from concepts developed on the TJ Front Half Frame Kit we manufacture. Are you ready to take your Jeep JK, JL or Gladiator to the next level of style, function and capability? The Motobilt Tomahawk Front Winch Bumper offers many features for the avid off-roader. This original & unique front frame chop bumper design features an upswept shape that gives you more clearance & increased approach angle than any other bumper / frame chop bumper available on the market. We integrated a second opening in the underside of the bumper which allows you to route your winch line directly downwards to suck down your front suspension, which in turn, lowers your center of gravity, increasing your vehicles' ability to climb steep obstacles. This concept is widely used in competitive rock crawling. Covering all Jeep Wrangler model years from 2007 through to current, this product fits all Jeep JK (2 door), JKU (4 door), JL (2 door), JLU (4 door) & Jeep JT Gladiator models. Permanent modification to & drilling of the frame is required. Slight clearance of the two forwardmost body mounts is required prior to installation. A vacuum Pump Relocation Bracket is required on the Jeep JK / JKU 2012-2018 to install the Motobilt Tomahawk Frame Chop Bumper.

This product is also compatible with the following Currie Antirock series swaybars: OTHER Sway bar options from RockJock such as their Heavy Duty kits will fit as well! CE-9900JKF CE-9900JKFA Jeep JL/JLU/JT Gladiator Swaybar Compatibility: The factory swaybar can be modified to fit this product, however, the Rubicon swaybar with the electronic disconnect IS NOT COMPATIBLE with this bumper. CE-9900JLF CE-9900JLFA Winch & Fairlead Compatibility: The winch mounting pattern measures 10" x 4.5" This product is designed to accept a variety of brand names & physical sizes of recovery winches, including the complete Warn Zeon, EVO product lines up to their largest Warn Zeon winch model, the Warn Zeon 12-S Platinum. This product IS NOT COMPATIBLE with the Warn MB8274 winch OR the CTI models. In fact, we recommend any offset winch NOT be used with the Tomahawk bumper. Yes the Badlands will fit this bumper. The winch fairlead mounting pattern measures 10" center-to-center of the holes. This product is compatible with most Hawse Fairleads. We do not recommend using a roller fairlead with the Tomahawk Frame Chop Front Bumper. We cannot cover all winches and variations. The bumper will fit other winches. One way of looking at it is if the larger Zeon 12k will fit a smaller M8000 would fit in the same place. We do have the winch mounting holes slotted to accommodate different shape winches.
