Motobilt now offers the Jeep JL Crusher HD front bumper with fog light holes and round tubing bull bar. It features built in provisions for Baja Designs Squadron-R Light Pods. The Motobilt Jeep JL Front Crusher HD Bumper is a 46.25 inch wide, sleek, tight-fitting design proudly made in the USA. Our JL Crusher HD Bumper is 3D CAD designed to ensure the best possible fit to your Jeep JL and Jeep JT Gladiator. The bumper allows you to secure your winch down low in between the frame rails. The winch bolt pattern will accept multiple style winches up to a Warn Zeon. The front d-ring mounts are CNC cut from 3/4 inch thick steel plate and pass through the bumper where they weld to the bumper mounting plates in addition to the bumper body. This was done for added strength to the recovery point. The bull bar is made out of 1 3/4 inch DOM steel tubing. This is the same material used for roll cages and tube chassis so it is built for strength. The shorter design of the bull bar provides good looks and protects your winch. The Crusher HD bumper has provisions to mount Baja Designs Squadron-R Light Pods. The Crusher HD bumper can be run with or without the optional skid plate. The ends of the Crusher HD bumper taper up for tire clearance. Each cut in the bumper was intentional to keep it tight to the frame rail for a better approach angle. The main construction of the bumper is fabricated from 3/16 inch thick high strength steel plate.

Winch:
Our winch bumper is designed to fit a standard mounting pattern of 10" x 4.5" and has been tested with the Warn VR EVO and Zeon series winches. It may also fit other untested winches. Fabricated From 3/16 " Thick High Strength Steel Plate The bull bar is made out of 1.75-inch x .120-inch wall DOM tube and braced with laser cut gussets. Bolt-On Design 3/4" Thick Steel D-Ring Mounts Pass Through D-Ring Mounts Welded to Bumper Sway Bar Compatibility: Works with all factory sway bars including Rubicon and works with Anti-Rock as well.

Foglight Provisions:
Comes ready to integrate Baja Designs Squadrons, providing exceptional lighting for night-time adventures or low-visibility conditions. NOT for use with Factory fog lights.

Which Lights to choose? The Crusher HD is designed to work with a cube light that measures 3.5”s around. While a round light looks best a square light will also fit. You can choose many different light manufacturers but our recommendation is the Baja Designs Squadron R series. They are 3.5”s round and come in many different options such as lens color, light output, and lens optics.
